Acceptable use for public scheduling polls

WhenWorks is built for legitimate scheduling. This page explains what is and is not allowed on shared poll links, how abuse is handled, and how to report a poll that should be reviewed.

Use WhenWorks for legitimate scheduling only

Public poll links should be used to coordinate real meetings, events, office hours, interviews, and group availability checks. They should not be used to mislead people, impersonate others, or drive traffic to unrelated offers.

No spam, phishing, or deceptive links

Creators may not use poll titles, descriptions, branding, or shared links to collect passwords, payment details, or personal information unrelated to scheduling. We may disable polls that look deceptive or abusive.

No harassment or abusive content

Polls may not be used to target, threaten, embarrass, or harass participants. Content that includes hate, exploitation, or illegal material can be removed without notice.

We monitor abuse patterns

WhenWorks uses rate limits, manual review, and account-level controls to reduce spam and automated misuse. Repeat abuse can result in poll removal, account suspension, or domain-level blocking.

How to report abuse

We review abuse reports manually. The more specific the report, the faster we can verify it and take action.

  1. 1Email the poll URL and a short description of the issue to support@whenworks.cc.
  2. 2Include screenshots if the issue is about misleading wording, impersonation, or harmful branding.
  3. 3If the report involves illegal, fraudulent, or urgent safety issues, say that clearly in the subject line.

Report abuse at support@whenworks.cc.

Public poll pages are created by users, but WhenWorks does not guarantee that every shared poll will be indexed or surfaced in search. We may limit visibility or disable pages that do not add value for participants or that violate our Terms of Service.
