How it works

One UTC day, compared locally

The tool checks each hour of the selected UTC date. It converts that hour into every chosen time zone and keeps only the hours that fall inside the selected local working-hours range for all zones. Consecutive matches become the suggested windows.

Time-zone offsets are calculated for the meeting date, so seasonal daylight-saving changes are reflected. This matters when regions change clocks on different dates.

Limits

A shortlist, not calendar availability

  • The same local working-hours range is applied to every selected zone.
  • Results use one-hour boundaries and do not inspect personal calendars.
  • Public holidays, travel, lunch breaks, and individual preferences are not included.
  • Windows that cross the selected UTC date boundary need a second date check.

Treat the result as a realistic set of candidate windows, then use a poll to collect actual participant availability.
